week 15: This American Alien Life

i know that i'm still a baby.
let's hope maturity is attained through repetition.

as i waited for an hour for a bus that would not come,
mosquitoes proceeded to drain my sandal clad feet.
i have 20 bites on my left foot and 27 on my right :(...

i'm listening to npr, namely 89.3fm KPCC, through itunes radio.
the comforting sounds of home and all it's domestic and or epic woes.
npr is almost as comforting as the frayed sound of a vinyl record.
there's a sig alert on the 5. surprise.

if ever you want to send me a postcard or something,
i live kind of between nothing and nowhere:
Room 303
#234 Bokpori Yangseomyon,
Kyunggido, Korea 476-821

my friend Viktor is supposed to visit me next week over my 4 day vacation.
i hope this works out. i'm going to try to cook goulash for him. uh oh.

only 99 more days till i come home!
i miss home.
Jesus, you're home.

meanwhile, these views fill the aperture.

I really miss you a lot.
Im happy Viktor is visiting you. You'll have to tell me about that. Do you have skype over there?
Im going to try to send you a letter sometime this week. Occasionally we'll have a slow time at my (new) work so i'll make use of that time and write you a bunch of stuff.
btw. the above song is really amazing.
